Guarantee excludes clearance items, loose diamonds and internet pricing. Pricing must be a printed advertised price and offered under the same condition of sale. For example, if you purchase a piece of jewelry for $3,000 and then find the same piece of jewelry with a printed advertised price and offered under the same condition of sale for $2,500, we will refund you the difference of $500 ($3,000 – $2,500 = $500) plus give you an additional $500 in store credit.

Jewelry must be in original condition and returned with diamond report and accessories if applicable. Jewelry that has wear marks, has been sized or altered in any manner may be returned but is subject to a restocking fee equal to the cost of returning the item back to the original condition. In the event the item cannot be returned to the original condition, the item may not be returned.
Watches must be unworn and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All packaging, instructions and warranties must be included with the return or exchange of a watch.
Returns or exchanges are not allowed on custom jewelry, special orders, class rings, engraved items or on services such as jewelry or watch repairs and appraisals. However, if the vendor accepts a return or exchange a restocking fee of up to 50% will be applied.
Cash, check and charge refunds/credits are issued to the original purchaser with the original sales receipt up to $200 immediately. In the event the cash, check or charge refund/credit is greater than $200, a check or credit refund will be issued within 10-15 business days. Charge credits are issued to the original purchaser on the account to which the item was charged. Gift returns with a receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card.

Noah Gabriel & Co. Jewelers upgrade policy applies after 1 year and will credit the original price of your diamond towards the purchase of a new diamond of greater value. This trade-in policy excludes the diamond mounting. Lab-Grown Center diamonds will receive 100% of your original purchase toward your new purchase. Mined diamonds will receive 110% of your original purchase toward your new purchase.

The Kimberly Process was created in November of 2002 under the United Nations Charter. It is a joint government, industry, and civil society initiative to stem the flow of conflict diamonds. In compliance with the Kimberly Process, Noah Gabriel & Co. Jewelers states that the jewelry listed on your receipt contains diamonds that have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and are in compliance with the United Nations resolutions. We guarantee that our diamonds are conflict-free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.

Manufacturing Defects cover loss or damage due to improper setting, defective mounting or error of Noah Gabriel & Co. Jewelers. Normal wear and any unusual damage or accidental mishap will nullify this protection. Prongs must be intact and not damaged, manipulated or broken. Any necessary repairs found during inspection must be made by Noah Gabriel & Co. Jewelers at the customer’s expense. Fine Jewelry is described as jewelry made of 10k, 14k, 18k, palladium or platinum. Sterling Silver is not included.

All diamonds up to .10 carat are warranted against loss from any piece of jewelry for 1 year from the original purchase date. Though not mandatory, Noah Gabriel & Co. Jewelers recommend that your jewelry be examined every 6 months. In the event of loss, Noah Gabriel & Co. Jewelers will replace your diamond with another of equal value. Fine Jewelry is described as jewelry made of 10k, 14k, 18k, palladium or platinum. Sterling Silver is not included.
